You know your decision to change the shortcut keys was a bad idea. Now if I want to save the tags for all the files, I have to a) save them one by one or, b) go to File->Save All. The same goes with closing files, too.
You should have a shortcut for both “Save” and “Save All” and for both “Close” and “Close All.” It would make life a whole lot easier.
It’s that hard to go to File->Save All? Fine, what would you like the shortcuts to be?
I never said it’s hard, it’s just a hassle, that’s all. You should’ve taken the suggestion I suggested in a previous version (“Close” is the one I previously suggested).
Save- Undecided (I’ll let you decide that)
Save All- Ctrl+S
Close- Ctrl+F4
Close All- Ctrl+W
Last time I check, doing “Ctrl+S” did save you a second, compared to going File->Save (or Save All). And keyboard shortcuts are convenient, which is why they were created in the first place.
And for the record, I just updated to Java 6, and Tagger looks pretty cool.
I agree they’re convenient, it’s just that there typically isn’t one for every menu item.
And yeah, the Java 6 version is pretty cool. So far, the close buttons are the only difference though.
