If you don't think it's simple, then don't use it. I work on this thing for free in my spare time; I have no obligation to make it useful for anyone except myself.

So where is the truly EASY version, where you download an .exe and install it instead of having to go through whatever it is you have to go through to install a .rar file, whatever that is? And I can't tell if you also need the AtomicParsley program as well. I'm sorry I'm not a programmer. I appreciate iTunes because it's so very simple. Pity your program isn't.

For the record, I think removing support for artwork entirely would be a bad idea because I'd rather just export it from Tagger than dragging the artwork from iTunes and then saving it to JPG (because it comes from iTunes in BMP).

Andrew,

I have a question. Do know of any good taggers for WMVs?

I think that there should be drag and drop capabilities with the artwork.

That I can do.

And with that, it would be nice if there was a copy action instead of export.

I can probably do this too.

And as pretty as it looks, is the fancy reflection in the background really all that important?

No, but as you said, it is pretty. :-) The thing is, handling artwork really bulks up Tagger, so I figured if I included it, I would make it look nice. I've actually been considering removing support for it entirely, just because iTunes handles it better, especially for multiple files with the same image.

I’d like to see a simplified version of Tagger. I only ever edit about four different fields, so the tabs just add clutter. Configurable fields made a lot more sense, IMO. Having different tabs for content also means I can’t ctrl+tab between episodes, which slows things down quite a bit.

I'll consider this, but there almost certainly will not be configurable fields.

Also, what happened to the ability to lock fields? It seems a lot more intuitive than control clicking a field; I didn’t know about that until you pointed it out.

Locking fields was actually a waste of time because they needed to be unlocked in order to edit them. I am trying to figure out a better way of achieving the same functionality than Ctrl+Click-ing.
