New in this build:

Support for Australian, Canadian, Irish, New Zealand, and United Kingdom movie and TV ratings (for the record, iTunes does not support any British TV ratings)
Fixed up some stuff related to the star next to unsaved files and added support for this feature in Java 5
Added sort fields present in iTunes 7.1, though no version of AtomicParsley yet supports them, so they aren’t available to use at the moment

You can grab Tagger 3 from the Download page. Also, please submit some feature requests.

Andrew,

The Advisory Rating on the XML isn’t being read correctly by Tagger. I have the Rating (in the XML) as “TV-PG” (US), but it’s being read as “G” (US)

I confess that imports from previous XML and Excel files may not work properly.

In a follow-up the “TV-PG” Rating isn’t sticking when saving the tags on Tagger.
